On June 22, 2017, NBA made top picks and trades. The event, held at Barclays Center, brought in top NBA prospects in the United States and around the World. Among them, a Rwandan-French, Frank Ntilikina. He was selected eighth overall by the New York Knicks.

Frank Ntilikina, 18, was born in France to Rwandan refugees.  He is 6’5” Point Guard with Strasbourg International. He is reported to have a 7-foot wingspan, with high-energy.
