Novak Djokovic has dominated the games over the entire 2023 US Open. At the beginning, it was expected that the finals will be between the No 1 seeded Carlos Alcaraz and No 2 seeded Novak Djokovic. No 3 seeded Daniil Medvedev beat Carlos Alcaraz in the semi-finals.
Novak Djokovic has beaten all of his competitors in three sets except one, going to a tiebreak in just one of them, against Ben Shelton. Only Laslo Dere challenged Novak Djovic in the 3rd Round. In the Third round, Djokovic lost the first two sets 6-4, but was able to win the match with 6-1, 6-1, 6-3 in the last three sets.

The Men's final on Sunday September 10, 2023 opposing the second seed Novak Djokovic and the third seed Daniil Medvedev in Arthur Ashe Stadium was expected to rouse the cloud cheers.
