Apple sent out an invite on Monday, Nov 2, 2020, announcing a virtual event, "One More Thing", to be held on November 10, 2020 at 1:00 PM EST, broadcasting from from the Apple Park campus in Cupertino, California. No details were given about the event. However, it is being reported in news media that that event may focus on MacBook computers and hence will be Apple Silicon event. The reports refer to the statements by Apple CEO, Tim Cook, suggesting that Macs with Apple's new processor are are expected to ship before the end of 2020 (see AroniSmart:Apple Digital Event: Apple's 5G iPhone to be Unveiled )

Three Digital Events of 2020.

"One More Thing" event  will follow the two virtual events held earlier this year. The two previous events focused on iPad, iPhone and Apple Watch and HomePod. The first event, "Time Flies", unveiled the iPad Air 4, the 10.2-inch iPad, the Apple Watch Series 6, and the Apple Watch SE. The second event, "Hi, Speed", covered the iPhone 12 range, with 5G capabilities,  and the HomePod mini.

Hence, "One More Thing" will need to fill the gap, by focusing on MacBook and the new processor: Apple Silicon.
