Kémi Séba, aka Capo Chichi, is a Pan-Africanist political leader, known for his opposition to and criticism of French neocolonialism, the Communauté Financière Africaine or African Financial Community (CFA) in Africa, and dictators ruling some of the African countries, most of them being once French colonies..

Kémi Séba (Kemi Seba) was born Stellio Gilles Robert Capo Chichi on December 9, 1981 in Strasbourg, France to immigrant parents from Benin, Africa.

In April 2010, Malik Zulu Shabazz, leader of the US-based New Black Panther Party (NBPP), appointed Capo Chichi the leader of the Black Panther party (NBPP) in France, under the name of Kemiour Aarim Shabazz.

Kémi Séba aka Capo Chichi: At  the forefront of the rising and new generation African Liberation and Pan-African Movement.

In 2011, Kémi Séba left the NBPP in France and moved to Dakar, Senegal, Africa.
Once in Africa, he focused on african issues and sovereignty and increasingly became popular among the youth, mostly the French-speaking African youth.

Among the key issues included in his struggle are the French hold on Africa, especially through monetary policies in CFA countries, and French military forces deployment in Africa, and supporting dictators now ruling some of the former French colonies.

Due to his effective protests against CFA, he was accused of crimes of undermining economies of the CFA countries. Then, following the protests, on February 23, 2020, while on a trip to Senegal, Africa for an appeal to his trial about the protests against the CFA based economies, Kémi Séba was arrested at Blaise-Diagne airport, detained and then deported to Belgium.

Kémi Séba:  A Vocal Critic of Dictators in Africa.

Kémi Séba has been consistently vocal against dictatorships in  Africa, especially Guinea - Conakry, Mali, Togo, Ivory Coast, Tchad, Rwanda, Cameroon, and other countries.

In 2020, he was against the elections in Ivory Coast, in which Alassane Ouattara, the Ivory Coast current dictator, imposed an illegal third term, to remain in power.

In Mali, he consistenty criticized the Guinea dictator Alpha Condé and was opposed to French military presence. For his criticisms, he was banned from Guinea for three years.  On 5 September 2021, Alpha Condé was overthrown in a coup led by Mamady Doumbouya (see here; Africa: African Dictators of 2021; 3 Down, More to Go). Mamady Doumbouya became president on October 1, 2021. He allowed Kémi Séba to enter the Guinean territory and met him.

In May 2021, following an interview with French press in which the Rwandan dictator Paul Kagame denied massacres and genocide committed by the Rwandan Defense Forces (RDF) in the Democratic Republic of Congo(DRC) ( see here: DRC-Rwanda: Congo President Felix Tshisekedi Declares Himself Ignorant of the Crimes Documented in UN Mapping Report Rejected by Rwandan Paul Kagame), Kémi Séba set the record straight about Paul Kagame and his wicked role in Africa.

Kémi Séba insisted that the genocide committed by Paul Kagame's troops in DRC, the rapes of tens of thousands of women, and the looting of natural resources by the Rwandan Government and RDF are known undeniable facts.

Most of these accusations are also contained in the 2010 United Nations Mapping Report, which to date, has strangely remained without a clear decisable follow-up  at the United Nations and the International tribunals, while similar crimes have continued to-date.

Kémi Séba went further saying that, despite a well designed and elaborate propaganda around the World for him, Paul Kagame is the worst criminal, worst oppressor, and the most corrupted leader in Africa, a nightmare for Africa, and the enemy of peace, stability and development in Africa, especially the Great Lakes Region, who deserves to be brought in front of the international criminal tribunals.
